The hosting member is responsible for cleaning after their event. If you use the Townhall, our cleaners vacuum and mop the floor. The hosting member will be invoiced the additional cleaning cost. Remember to put everything back in place and make sure communal spaces like the toilets etc. are clean. This includes drinking glasses, furniture and dishes.

Weekdays – Spaces are bookable from 18:00
Fridays – Spaces are bookable from 16:00
Weekends – Spaces are bookable all day

Apply to host an event on our website. You can book conference rooms, glass houses and the studio through our portal. The Norrsken team always need to confirm a booking of the Townhall or the Moon.

1. Visit our website and submit your application.

2. The application must be handed in minimum 4 weeks prior to the event. Norrsken House´s internal decision process takes up to 2 weeks

3. If your application has been accepted, you will meet with staff from Norrsken House to align expectations. Staff from Norrsken House will be present at most public events.

If you want to invite eg. an external speaker, simply register them in our visitor system like a normal meeting. Make sure not to let unwanted guests in.

If you have many guests arriving, please use a coloured sticker for a smooth checkin. You can let them in through the glass door speed gate and show them up the ramp to reach Townhall. Remember to close of the park with the designated barrier straps.
